The invention refers to arrangement, especially large diesel engine fuel tubes, consisting of a horizontal feeder tube (1) stretching across the engine and a return tube (2) designed to be connected to the injection pump (3) for feeding fuel into the engine cylinders. According to this invention, both of the tubes (1, 2) are formed from several separate tube elements (2a, 2b, 2c) arranged in succession and separated from each other by a connecting element, (4) which consists of a channel (5, 6) for connecting the fuel tube to the injection pump (3). Additionally, the channel for the element (6) connecting the injection pump (3) to the fuel return tube (2) is designed so that its cross section increases from the direction of the injection pump (3) to the said fuel return tube (2).<IMAGE>
