The apparatus comprises a cover (1), in which motor (2) is installed, a hopper (4) for feeding the wheat, a second hopper (6) for feeding water, a container (14) and a device (12) for timing the process. The preparation of the broken and partially fermented wheat kernels is carried out taking the kernels from hopper (4) to hopper (6) where they are kept to partially germinate, the wheat kernels being then broken up in (10) and (11) and finally partially fermented and pasteurized in container (14). The obtained product contains all the grain components and may be used directly in human alimentation. |
