<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a brushless resolver having a rotary transformer enabling revolution at high speed and capable of improving acceleration and safety by forming a non-orthogonal surface to the axial direction to the wall section of a fitting trench for a rotor coil set up to the rotary transformer. CONSTITUTION:Non-orthotomic surfaces 2b, 2c to the axial direction are shaped to the wall section 2a of a fitting trench 2 for a rotary transformer coil mounted to a rotary transformer 16 dn a brushless resolver having stators 15 set up into a casing 11 and a rotor 14 corresponding to the stator 15 while having the rotary transformer 16 interlocked with the rotor 14. A recessed section 2b as the non-orthogonal surface to the axis A of a shaft 13 or a tapered section 2c is shaped to the wall section 2a of the fitting trench 2 for a rotor coil formed to a ring shape to the circumferential surface of a rotor 1 for the rotary transformer. The rotor coil 3 for the rotary transformer is wound and fitted into the fitting trench 2 for the rotor coil while being bound by a coil binding cord 5, and the fitting trench 2 is filled with a compound 4.</p> |
