PURPOSE:To suppress temperature increase to a small one by mounting a coil for consumption of back electromotive force energy around a principal coil. CONSTITUTION:Coils 17 for use in energy consumption of back electromotive force are wound around a principal coil 16. When a switching element goes into a state of cutoff, electromagnetic energy of the principal coil 16 generates a back electromotive voltage. The back electromotive voltage makes a circulating current flow from the coil 16 through coil elements 17a and 17b in the coils 17, and a diode 31. Current energy is consumed as thermal energy corresponding to the resisting amount of the coils 17 and its current promptly disappears. A magnetic flux generated by coil 16 also promptly vanishes and a movable magnet core 6 returns rapidly by a feedback spring which is contained in a solenoid value. Excellent heat radiation is carried out from broad areas in this way and temperature increase is suppressed to a small one.
