发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF RUBBER LAMINATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate, in which the vulcanized substance of fluororubber and the vulcanized substance of H-NBR are bonded rigidly, by a method wherein the fluororubber, containing a specified blending agent, is brought into contact with highly saturated polymer rubber containing nitrile group (H-NBR) and, then, is cured to bond them. CONSTITUTION:This rubber laminate is made by a method wherein the unvulcanized blend of fluororubber containing metal oxide, is brought into contact with the unvulcanized blend wherein H-NBR, whose iodine value is 120 or less, contains phosphonium salt shown by a general formula (1), and both of them are vulcanized. In the formula, R1, R2, R3, R4 show a residue of hydrocarbon, capable of containing substituent group and having the carbon number of 1-20, and three of R1, R2, R3, R4 may be primary to tertiary amino group or fluoroalkyl group. R5 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1-20 carbons. The laminate, in which the vulcanized substance of fluororubber is bonded rigidly to the vulcanized substance of H-NBR, can be obtained, therefore, the cost and the low-temperature characteristics of the laminate may be improved remarkably while maintaining the prominent performance of the fluorofubber. The laminate shows a prominent performance in resistance to gasoline, and especially in resistance to sour gasoline.
