PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance and rigidity of a filter by coating composi tion composing polymetallocarbosilane as main component on a net-like braided body composing of iron metal wire. CONSTITUTION:The polymetallocabosilane composing the carbosilane combined simple substance having alkyl group of one to four for number of carbons, etc., and metallosiloxane are combined simple substance is prepared. Next, the mixed composition of the metallocarbosilane and inorganic filler of oxide, carbide, nitride, etc., of Mg, Al, Ti, etc., is coated on the iron metal wire braid ed body to form the filter. As the polymetallocarbosilane composition is coated on the metal wire braided body, the heat resistance of the filter is improved, and reaction and alloying between the metal wire and molten metal under high temp. circumstance are prevented. By this method, the heat resistance and the rigidity of the filter are improved. |
