PURPOSE:To separate quickly a record from a turntable, by providing paths to both turntable and revolving shaft of the turntable, opening these paths to the surface on which the record is put and then switching these paths with a switch valve to connect the path alternatively to the 1st and the 2nd tanks. CONSTITUTION:A switch valve 33 is switched so as to communicate between a hose 32 and a pipe 34 and to actuate a vacuum pump 36. Thus the air existing between the lower surface of a record 24 and a sucking board 13 is sucked into the 1st tank 35 and the pump 36. Thus a record 24 is sucked to the board 13. To separate the record 24 from the board 13, the valve 33 is switched to communicate between the hose 32 and the pipe 40 to stop the suction of air between the record 24 and the board 13 to the pump 36. Then the highly pressurized air in the 2nd tank 39 is suddenly supplied between the record 24 and the board 13 via the pipe 40, the valve 33, the hose 32, a hose joint 31, a through hole 7, communication holes 8 and 19, a space part 20 and a small hole 23 respectively. Then the record 24 is pushed upward with the air pressure and separates from the board 13. |
