<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electret with a high electrification level by a method wherein a dielectric substance is transformed into the electret by using more than two charging elements with a different charge trap distribution. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric substance is transformed into an electret by using more than two charging elements with a different charge trap distribution. Any charging elements may be used if their charge trap distribution is different; a corona charging operation, a field charging operation, the irradiation with an electron beam, the irradiation with gamma rays, the irradiation with X rays or the like can be enumerated. When more than two charging elements whose charge trap distribution is different are combined, the electrification level of the electret can be enhanced to a level which is higher than a single charging element.</p> |
