摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a low-cost capacitor where the mutual diffusion of ions at an interface with a dielectric layer is little and whose characteristic is excellent by a method wherein (Y1-xLax)(Ba1-ySry)2Cu3O7-alpha is used as an internal electrode and it is sintered at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric layer 1 having a perovskite structure and an internal electrode layer 2 composed of a conductive oxide expressed by (Y1-xLax)(Ba1-ySry)2Cu3O7-alpha having a structure similar to the perovskite structure are contained; they are sintered at 900-1100 deg.C. A substance expressed by (Y1-xLax)(Ba1-ySry)2Cu3O7-alpha is used as the conductive oxide; this conductive oxide can be sintered even at 900-1100 deg.C; when this oxide is laminated together with the dielectric layer and these are sintered, a mutual diffusion layer of ions is formed; it is possible to suppress an increase in a tandelta value due to this. By this setup, it is possible to obtain a laminated ceramic capacitor with an excellent characteristic by using the low-cost conductive oxide which can be sintered at a low temperature of about 1000 deg.C and can form a good interface with the dielectric layer as an internal electrode. |
