PURPOSE:To exactly discharge rain water to the bottom portion of slope by a method in which a slope frame consisting of polygonal frames is laid on a draining material set on slope to cover the slope, and soil is placed into the frame of the slope. CONSTITUTION:A draining material 16 consisting of a pair of upper and lower sheets made of nonwoven fabrics, etc., and a water-permeable material 18 such as water-permeable pipes is laid on slope 11. A slope frame 12 formed by laminating many water-permeable soft sheets such as nonwoven fabrics is plated on the material 16 and fixed to the slope 11 by fixing parts 20. Soil 25 is then packed into the frames 14 of the slope frame 12.
