PURPOSE:To improve the operability and to reduce the communication cost by selecting a menu to set a communication condition adapted to a center system and automatically performing the dial operation to automatically execute log-on procedures. CONSTITUTION:A means in which information including telephone numbers, ID numbers, passwords, and system names of connectable center systems 5 are preliminarily set and stored and a means which displays a menu of connectable center systems 5 on a display device 2 are provided. A means which automatically originates a dial signal to a public communication network 4 with respect to one center system 5 in the menu display selected by a keyboard 1 and a means which transmits the ID number and the password at the timing requested by the center system in response to the response signal from the center system 5 are provided. Thus, the operability of the system is improved and the communication cost is reduced. |
