PURPOSE:To compose a cheap solid image pickup camera by fitting a member having an optical lens to a printed board with a vis to cover a CCD main frame, forming the vis hole of the member bigger than the diameter of the vis and positioning them by sliding the member itself. CONSTITUTION:The inner diameter of the vis hole 9 is formed bigger than the diameter of the vis 23 by sliding the iris fitting member 5 and margin which can comply with fitting accuracy is given. When the iris fitting member 6 is fitted, it is adjusted by sliding to arrange a lens main frame 1 at a correct position on the light receiving surface 11 of the CCD first. Then at the position where they are positioned, the vis 23 is screwed by using the margin. Therefore the lens main frame 1 can be fixed at the correct position on the printed board 7. Thus a simple optical system can be composed and used for the cheap video camera.
