PURPOSE:To facilitate the fitting of an equipment to a piping line and exchange of a hollow yarn cartridge by providing both the hollow yarn cartridge which is integrally bonded to a casing and fixed in such a state that one end is sealed and the other end is opened and a cover body provided with an inlet of liquid to be treated and an outlet of permeating liquid. CONSTITUTION:The other ends of many hollows yarn 3' sealed in the tips are bundled, bonded together with a casing 1 and fixed. A cone-shaped cap body 4 having a small-diameter projecting part 9 is connected with this bundled and fixed part 5. On the other hand, a hollow yarn cartridge 3 is fitted to a cover body 2 in which a first aperture communicating with an outlet 13 of permeating liquid is provided to the center of its bottom wall and a second aperture communicating with an inlet 14 of liquid to be treated is provided apart therefrom. At a time for exchanging a cartridge, after taking out residual liquid to be treated through a discharge port 21, a hand coupling 17 is taken off from the cover body 2 and the hollow yarn cartridge 3 is drawn out from the casing. Thereafter the projecting part of the cone-shaped cap body of the new hollow yarn cartridge is inserted into the first aperture of the cover body 2 and joined.
