PURPOSE:To enable to block an origin-destination call which can be processed by a terminal device in a logic circuit unit by providing a logic circuit block control means which controlls the block state of each logic circuit and allowing the terminal device to transmit and receive the origin-destination call of the other logic circuit through a physical circuit when the optional logic circuit is blocked. CONSTITUTION:An exchange 100, the terminal device 200, the physical circuit 300 and the logical circuit 400 are provided and the terminal device 200 can transmit and receive the origin-destination call of the plural logic circuit 400 through the single physical circuit 300. The logic circuit block control means 600 controlls the block state of each logic, circuit 400. By using the logic circuit block control means 600, the exchange 100 can transmit and receive the origin- destination call of the other logic circuit 400 through the physical circuit 300 when the optional logic circuit 400 is blocked. As the result, service for the user of the terminal device 200 is improved.
