PURPOSE:To omit the transfer of a program by executing a load module for a different kind of a machine. CONSTITUTION:A control part 511 in an operation system 51 extracts one instruction in a user program 52 to be executed and artificially executes the extracted instruction in a memory by means of an artificial execution part 512. Thereafter, the operation system 51 repeats said processing up to the end of processing.
