摘要 PURPOSE:To precisely control the solder amt. used in soldering actually by arranging a feeding tube so as to guide a string solder and without changing the position to the lower face of an iron tip formed horizontally. CONSTITUTION:An iron tip 2 is moved to a solder feeding position 66 at the front of the string solder 4 projecting from a feeding tube 6. The string solder is fed in this state and sent out by a fixed length at a fixed speed from the feeding tube 6 in this state. By this feeding, the tip of the string solder 4 is abutted to the lower face 10 of the iron tip 2, the string solder 4 in a fixed amt. becomes of a molten solder 12 by receiving a heating and all of the molten solder 12 are held by the surface tension. The iron tip 2 is then moved until the lower face is brought into contact with the lead wire 62 of a work 54 with holding the molten solder 12. At this soldering position 68 the molten solder 12 in a fixed amt. is transferred to these members with heating the lead wire 62 and a land 60. Thereafter, the iron tip 2 is separation from the soldering position 68, then the molten solder 12 is solidified and the lead wire 62 is soldered to the land 60.
