发明名称 HIGHLY CORROSION RESISTANT COATED MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a highly corrosion resistant coated material having an amorphous alloy film, by coating a material to be coated with a composition having a specific composition consisting of Fe, Cr, Mo, Ni, and P by sputtering. CONSTITUTION:A composition of 100%, in total, consisting of, by weight, 5-20% Fe, 20-60% Cr, 15-45% Mo, 5-40% Ni, and 2-10% P is applied to a material to be coated by means of sputtering to form an amorphous alloy film. Since the above alloy film shows superior corrosion resistance due to interdependence and synergetic effect among the compositional metal elements, the highly corrosion resistant coated material can be obtained.
