PURPOSE:To enable the title diodes to be deburred at low cost within a short time without using a swelling agent by spraying the diodes with high pressure water at 100kg/cm<2>-2000kg/cm<2>. CONSTITUTION:Diodes a contained in containers 4 are sprayed with water 2 at high pressure of 100kg/cm<2>-2000kg/cm<2> from a nozzle 1 for deburring process while they are being successively shifted together with the containers on a conveyer belt 5 of a conveyer. The nozzle 1 reciprocates orthogonally to the moving direction of the conveyer belt 5 to spray the diodes 3 in the containers 4 evenly with the high-pressure water 2. Through these procedures, the diodes 3 can be deburred at low cost and no cost of chemicals within a short time needless of an immersing vessel fitted with an exhaust system.
