PURPOSE:To absorb vibration effectively, at idle time, by decreasing the flow resistance of a connecting route formed in a partition wall between the first fluid chamber and the second fluid chamber, by a control means at the idle time, and suppressing vibration of a vibrating plate. CONSTITUTION:At idle time, a turning plate 11 is held at the idle position by the operation of a negative pressure actuator 12, a port 21 is opened and a port 22 is closed, and the first fluid chamber 8 and the second fluid chamber 9 are connected with each other by a route 24 of small flow resistance, through a groove 19 and an opening 20 of a fixed plate 10. At this time, as a projecting part 18 of the turning plate 11 is placed on a projection 16 of a vibrating plate 15, the vibration of this vibrating plate 15 is suppressed. Vibration of an engine is added, in this condition, an elastic body 2 is deformed and fluid flows in/out between the fluid chambers 8, 9, for absorbing vibration by deformation of a diaphragm 7, the suppression for the vibrating plate 15 and the route 24 set as the fluid resonates with the idle vibration, in it. In this way, the dynamic spring constant of a vibroisolating device is reduced, for making it possible to absorb effectively the vibration at idle time. |
