PASTE MATERIAL FOR SUPERCONDUCTING SEMICONDUCTOR ELECTRODE

摘要

PURPOSE:To form an electrode of low conductivity as well as compensate adhesive properties and solder wettability by mixing a conductive paste with powder of normal temperature superconductor at room temperture. CONSTITUTION:In order to form a uniform electrode on a normal temperature semiconductor element in relativly large area and high current density such as a solder battery, a paste material produced by mixing powdered superconductor at room temperature with an electrode paste material is screen printed on a photodetecting surface and backed to from a surface electrode. Through these procedures, a colloidal normal temperature superconductor in room temperature can be contained in the electrode paste so that the solder wettability, adhesive properties and conductivily can be improved.
