PURPOSE:To make the distinction of directivity needless by using a fuse made of a soluble alloy connecting the first connecting electrode to the second connecting electrode. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic laminated body 14 comprises a rectangular parallelopiped having the first end 12 and the second end 13; the first end 12 is formed of the first inner electrode 16 and the first outer electrode 18 conductively connected to each other; and the second end 13 is formed of the second inner electrode 17 and the second outer electrode 19 also conductively connected to each other. The first inner electrode 16 is formed of a capacity electrode part 16a mainly with capacitance, a leading-out part 16b conductively connected to the first outer electrode 18 and a connecting part 16c which connects the capacity electrode part 16a to the leading-put part 16b and the connecting parts 16c divided into two parts by a notch 16d. Furthermore, the first connecting electrode 20 and the second connecting electrode 21 are connected by a fuse 22 made of a soluble alloy. Through these procedures, the directivity need not be distinguished while any overcurrent can be cut off without fail.
