PURPOSE:To contrive a lowering of manufacturing cost by enabling a disk housed inside to be looked at via a thin wall part to recognize a discernment part as to which side of the disk. CONSTITUTION:The flat thin wall parts 14a and 14b facing each other against the inner part from an inner protrusion part 10b of the disk 10 used herein are formed on the inner sides of upper and lower plates 6 and 7 of upper and lower half bodies 2a and 2b. In addition, the plate thickness (s) for each of the thin wall parts 14a and 14b is allowable by setting properly the mixing ratio of a GPPS material and HIPS material, so as to look at via these thin wall parts from the outside the discernment part 10d of the disk 10 placed inside. By this method, since a case main body 2 can be formed by the same metallic mold, the forming is hence feasible at low cost.
