<p>PURPOSE:To enable to call out a document even when the operator has forgotten the title of the document, by providing a means for evaluating titles corresponding to the documents stored in a memory device and sequentially displaying each of the titles in accordance with the evaluation results. CONSTITUTION:Input information inputted from a keyboard 1 is processesed by a controller 2, and the result of processing is fed out to a display device 3, a printer 4 and a document memory device 5. The controller 2 can write into and read from any place in the document memory device 5. When a RTN key is depressed, some one of the document titles previously registered is displayed. In this case, when a plurality of documents are previously registered. the title for each of the document is numerized by evaluation in a predetermined method in accordance with the ASCII code, and are sequentially outputted to the display device 3 in the order of increasing numerical values.</p> |
