摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to highly accurately shape in a short time by a structure wherein an light guiding part is composed of a lens array, each lens of which condenses the light, which is emitted from a light emitting point on a planar light source, onto a fluid substance layer. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent screen 3 is formed on the rear surface of a glass wall 2, which forms the light radiating surface 1a of a cathode ray tube 1. On the radiating surface 1a, a light guiding part 5 consisting of a lens array 4, which integrates an infinite number of SELFOC lenses 4a, is arranged. In addition, a transparent plate 6, along the outer periphery of which a peripheral wall 7 is formed so as to form the housing space 8 for fluid substance 10, is arranged on the light guiding part 5. Each SELFOC lens 4 condenses the light, which is emitted from a light emitting point 3a, onto an image formation point 11a. By lowering a lifting base plate 12, a thin fluid substance layer 11 is formed between the underside of the base plate 12 and the transparent plate 6 and irradiated with ultraviolet rays, which are radiated by irradiating the fluorescent screen 3 with cathode rays, through the light guiding part 5 so as to harden or decompose the fluid substance. Next, the lifting base plate 12, onto which hardened substance film adheres, is once lifted so as to form a layer of the fluid substance 10 on the transparent plate 6. After that, the base plate 12 is lowered again so as to form the thin layer 11 between the hardened substance film and the transparent plate 6 and, after that, by actuating a cathode ray tube 1, the fluid substance is hardened or decomposed in order to be laminated to the previously hardened substance film.
