PURPOSE:To display an excellent adsorptive holding force to facilitate preservation control irrespective of adsorptive area by covering the whole adsorption surface with a porous sheet having predetermined permeability resistance to adsorb a workpiece through the porous sheet. CONSTITUTION:The whole adsorbing surface 10 of an adsorptive holder 8 is covered with a porous sheet 12 having predetermined permeability resistance so that attraction acts constitutionally on an object 14 to be adsorbed through the porous sheet 12. As a result, an excellent adsorptively holding force can act on the surface of said object 14 irrespective of the adsorptive area of said object. Also, troubles of device can be prevented by the filter effect of porous sheet 12 to facilitate the preservation control. And particularly the main body of said holder 8 does not need any special structure, and the porous sheet 12 itself is so economical that an excellent effect can be attained with high economy. |
