PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composite by incorporating an organopolysiloxane containing hydrogen atoms. bonded to the silicon atom. with particulate hydrophilic silica and a specific metal compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane containing in 1mol. 2 or more hydrogen atoms. bonded to the silicon atom. with (B) any amount of particulate hydrophilic silica and (C) 0.1-50pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. of the component B, of a compound selected from alkali (alkaline earth) metal alcoholates, alkali (alkaline earth) metal silanolates and alkaline earth metal hydroxides [pref. alkali (alkaline earth) metal silanolate] and furthermore, pref. (D) 500-10,000pts. wt. of a second organopolysiloxane containing in 1mol. 2 or more alkenyl groups bonded to the silicon atom. and (E) 500-10,000pts.wt. of a third organopolysiloxane containing in 1mol. 2 or more OH groups with a viscosity (at 25 deg.C) of 500-300,000cst.
