PURPOSE:To make it possible to secure the earthing by furnishing an adhesive layer directly or through a reinforcement layer of plastic film on one side surface of a water-repellent earthing body, and arranging adhesive layers intermittently on the other side surface. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive layer 12 is furnished on one side surface of a water-repellent earthing body 11, while intermittent adhesive layers 13 are arranged on the other side surface, to form a coverage member 1A. As the earthing body 11, a lead foil is used, or otherwise, a metal foil of copper, iron, aluminum, or the like can be used. For the adhesive layer 12 furnished at one side of the coverage member 1A, that is the outer side in the operation, an adhesive plastic film is used, or such a plastics is formed by coating. And for the intermittent adhesive layers 13 on the other side, that is the inner side in the operation, a hot melt adhesive is formed in a mesh form, stripe form, web form, or non woven fabric form. In such a way, core wires 2 and the earthing body 11 are closely attached partially, and the earthing can be secured. |
