PURPOSE:To effectively recognize business and to prevent personal information from leaking to others from a display screen by holding the display screen during a specified time after the completion of the business and erasing this display screen after the elapse of the specified time. CONSTITUTION:Based on the contents displayed on a CRT display 8, the key input for starting the business is executed from a keyboard 3, then, the execution of the business 1 is started. When data is inputted from the keyboard 3, the input data is displayed on the CRT display 8 and processed and the input of the series of the data is completed, then, a communication is controlled to a host computer through a communication interface 32, and the result is displayed on the screen of the display 8. Under such a state, a prescribed numeric value is written in a timer 26 and the down count of the timer is started. When the value of the timer 26 goes to '0', an interruption signal S is generated from the timer, 26 and the screen of the display 8 is erased. |
