PURPOSE:To prevent a user from forgetting password data by displaying data prior to the entry of the password data by the user. CONSTITUTION:A user identifier retrieval means 3 obtains a user identifier and retrieves a user identification record from a data record storage section 7 by using it as a key. When a questionnaire data extraction means 4 is started, a questionnaire data record is extracted. One question is extracted at random from the questionnaire data record and a reply data comparison means 5 compares the reply of the entered questionnaire data with the reply data record retrieved from a data record storage section with respect to the questionnaire data. When the result of comparison shown coincidence, the repetition of the questionnaire is executed. When the result of comparison indicates the arrival at a predetermined number of times, an access judging means 6 informs the result of comparison to a processing section. |
