PURPOSE:To detect an extremely slight quantity of antigen with good sensitivity by conjugating liposome with an antibody sealed internally with a label and bringing the antibody conjugated liposome into reaction with the antigen in a sample in the presence of a complement. CONSTITUTION:Phosphatidyl cholines, phosphatidyl serines, and phosphatidyl ethanol amines which are lipids are used as the liposome. A labeling material is sealed into this liposome. A radioactive isotope element, enzyme, fluorescent material, metal, etc., are used as the labeling material. The antibody (anti-human IgG antibody, etc.) is conjugated to this liposome to obtain the antigen- conjugated liposome. This liposome is brought into reaction with the antigen (human IgG, etc.) in the sample in the presence of the complement (serum, etc.). The biochemical reaction system is amplified to respond to an extremely slight amt. of the antigen by allowing the complement to exist at this time. The trace components existing in organisms and drugs are, therefore, rapidly and exactly measured.
