PURPOSE:To decrease the voids of a solidified body and to increase the compressive strength thereof by kneading used ion exchange resins and cement paste, then packing the mixture into a cylindrical container and rotating the same at a specified acceleration or above. CONSTITUTION:The used ion exchange resins and the cement paste are kneaded and thereafter, the mixture is packed in a drum can 1. The drum can 1 is then housed in a cylindrical drum can housing container 2. The drum can 1 and the container 2 are fixed by a magnetic rubber plate 3. A revolving shaft 4 in the lower part of the container 2 is revolved at the specified acceleration by a driving motor 5, by which the gaps of the solidified body are decreased and the compressive strength is increased.
