The method consists in that the clamping pressure of the breast lies between 2 and 5 bar. The device for its implementation comprises two plates 5 and 6, of rectangular shape having dimensions less than the initial dimensions of the breasts, but equal to those of the cut breasts, one of these plates 5 being wedged at the end of the rod of a vertical jack 3 whose body is integral with the framework 2 of a press 1, whilst the other plate 6 rests on a support bearing on the horizontal platform 4 of the press. <IMAGE>
