PURPOSE:To stepwise decrease a speed of an automobile, and to prevent the expansion of an accident by placing plural display variable, speed limit markers at prescribed intervals toward the arrival direction of the automobile at the entrance of a tunnel. CONSTITUTION:When a fire sensor operates and a sensing signal is sent to a controller 4, the controller 4 outputs a control signal 10 and changes a signal to red, and also, and a display of a speed limit display use marker 7 whose display can be switched, and a display of a marker 8 are set to, for instance, 30km/h, and 50km/h, respectively, and flickered by a flickering signal generating part FS. Also, in the vicinity of the marker 8 being in the most distance position from an entrance 6 of a tunnel, or a little in the arrival direction of a vehicle 9, an indicator 20 for informing a fact that a fire is generated in the tunnel is installed, and the generation of a fire is displayed by a control of the controller 4, and flickered by the flickering signal generating part FS.
