PURPOSE:To manufacture quite easily a molding whose surface is colored in desired color and to make a baking process after coating unnecessary, by a method wherein a coating is formed beforehand on a mold face of a bottom force and the same is transferred at the time of high-frequency molding. CONSTITUTION:Coating 7 in a desired color is applied to the mold face 2a of a bottom force 2 by a spray gun. A matter compatible with a molding material 5, for example, urethane type coating is used for the coating 7. After clamping of a top and bottom forces 1, 2, predetermined high-frequency voltage is applied to a space between an upper electrode plate 3 and lower electrode plate 4. With this construction, in the case where a molding material 5 composed of vinyl chloride heats, melts and contains a foaming agent, the foaming agent is foamed at the same time and a molding 6 is formed after a form of a cavity. Thus the coating 7 is stuck to a melted and oftened molding material 5 side and peeled off easily from the bottom force 2. In other words, it becomes that the coating 7 is transferred to the surface 6a of the molded molding 6 and a film in the desired color in formed. |
