PURPOSE:To simplify an operation of a device by constituting so that a mechanism for regulating a form which forms a picture on one face in a containing part to a fixed position when some abnormality occurs, and the subsequent operation is stopped. CONSTITUTION:When an electric power source is turned on, even if a form P' whose one face is copied is left in a feed carrying unit 34, a main control part operates other driving part, drives a fetching roll 38 and a carrying path 45, discharges paper forcibly and stops the operation. Also, in case when abnormality occurs in the feed carrying unit 34 such as when forced paper discharge can be executed, or when a jam, etc. occur, etc., a form receiving plate 40 is depressed by operating a receiving plate driving part, also a pushing plate 48 and a side plate 49 which are regulating mechanism of a containing part 35 are released by operating the pushing plate driving part and the side plate driving part, and the subsequent operation is stopped. In this way, wasteful copying is prevented, and an operation of a device is simplified. |
