PURPOSE:To facilitate the forming of the titled support and to attain stable accuracy by selecting a notch of a hinge supporting movably an objective lens to a required shape. CONSTITUTION:The notch of the elastic hinge 9a supporting an optical pickup objective lens movably consists of a 1st notch 11 and a multi-stage notch such as a 2nd notch 12 being a small notch. Through the shape above, the elastic deformation is concentrated in the vicinity of the notch 12 to decrease the deviation of the turning center C1 of the hinge, the objective range drive accuracy is stabilized and the forming is facilitated and ensured because of multi- stage notch to facilitate the forming of the hinge.
