PURPOSE:To accurately acquire trouble information in a short time by determining the address of the frame bit of written data with the output of a frame synchronizing circuit and reading out the written data with an in-office unified clock and a frame bit as a reference bit. CONSTITUTION:A clock extraction part 60 extracts a clock from input data, which is written in a storage device 80 with the extracted clock. Further, the input data is inputted to a frame synchronization part 70 and the frame bit is detected with the extracted clock. In this case, if a fault such as the disconnection of a outgoing line occurs, that is detected from trouble information bit included in the frame bit and outputted as a warning. The detection signal of this frame bit is applied to the storage device 80 to determine the address of the frame bit of the written input data. On the other hand, the written data is read out with the in-office unified clock so that the frame bit is at the head. Consequently, frame synchronization is accurately performed and fault information on the disconnection of the outgoing line is acquired. |
