PURPOSE:To uniformly illuminate parts from the back, by closing an indirect lighting body, and allowing it to stand close to or abut on the outside periphery of an adsorbing nozzle, when the parts pass through an opening of the indirect lighting body and stops at a recognizing position. CONSTITUTION:In the periphery of a suitable position on a moving path of an adsorbing nozzle 2 for adsorbing parts P and being movable in the axis center direction to a parts recognizing position, an indirect lighting body 3 which can be opened and closed between a closed state for standing close to or abutting on the outside periphery of the adsorbing nozzle 2 which has stopped at the parts recognizing position and surrounding it, and an open state for allowing the parts P adsorbed to the adsorbing nozzle 2 to pass through, and also, can radiate a scattered light from the whole surface is provided. When the parts P stop at the recognizing position, the indirect lighting body 3 is closed and allowed to stand close to or abut on the outside periphery of the adsorbed nozzle 2. In such a way, in spite of whether the adsorbed parts are large or small, the scattered light can be radiated uniformly to its back from the indirect lighting body 3. |
