PURPOSE:To surely assemble the cylindrical wall of a circular treatment tank having a radius larger than a radius of curvature, by preparing a PC block having a circular arc cross-section so that the length of the PC block in the circumferential direction and the angle of the end surface thereof are adjusted on the basis of the inner surface side thereof. CONSTITUTION:When the length (l) of a PC block 23 in the circumferential direction thereof and the angle theta of the end surface thereof are adjusted to the size of a true cylinder 28, the mount position of a mount plate in the circumferential direction in one or both of end parts of an inner surface molding plate 1 in the circumferential direction is adjusted and the length of the rib between the end surface molding plate 4 in an end surface angle control mechanism 13 and the mount plate 5 is adjusted. If necessary, the height of the end surface is controlled by mounting or detaching a height control material and, thereafter, reinforcing bars are arranged in a retaining mold and concrete is subsequently cast in said mold. After a plurality of PC blocks P are successively connected on the true cylinder 28 having a radius R2 in a contact state at the ends thereof in the circumferential direction, the whole of the PC blocks P are integrally connected by a PC steel material in such a state that the gaps between the end parts of the PC blocks 23 in the circumferential direction are sealed with mortar. |
