PURPOSE:To improve safety in a heating device for performing combustion with indoor air and discharging combustion gas into a room by a method wherein the combustion is terminated when the combustion time becomes a fire extinguishing set time and the fire extinguishing time is initialized when ventilation is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A fire extinguishing timer 7 is operated in simultaneous with a starting of combustion and a starting of supplying of fuel and then combustion accumulation time is counted. As this accumulation time becomes a desired time, a signal S2 is outputted, an alarm is generated from an alarm device 9 and at the same time a signal S1 is outputted to a combustion control device 3 so as to perform a forced stopping of combustion. In turn, as ventilation is carried out and a ventilation sensor 10 is operated, a signal S3 is outputted to a comparison and judging part 8 and judged. Upon judgement, a signal S4 is outputted to the fire extinguishing timer 7 and the combustion control device 3 so as to initialize the fire extinguishing timer 7 and at the same time a combustion is continued. With this arrangement, it is possible to improve safety and convenience in use. |
