PURPOSE:To reduce NOx, improve efficiency of combustion and attain uniform steam temperature by a method wherein O2 contained in right and left discharged gases are separately detected in a boiler having a pair of air supplying passage and discharged gas passage, and right and left air flow rates are controlled in such a way as values of O2 in the right and left discharged gases are made same to each other. CONSTITUTION:O2 contained in discharged gases 5 and 5' in a right discharging gas passage 6 and a left discharging gas passage 6' is detected separately by detectors 14 and 14'. Both detected signals are inputted to a subtractor 15 to perform a subtraction. A correction signal got through an introduction of a difference into a proportional integrator 16 is inputted to an adder 13'. Simultaneously, a correction signal 18 is reversed and then inputted to a left adder 13. With this arrangement, each of the adders 13 and 13' may correct control signals 12 and 12' got from PI controller 11. Each of the amounts of air is increased or decreased to make a balanced condition of right and left adders. Therefore, it is possible to reduce NOx, improve the efficiency of combustion and attain a uniform steam temperature. |
