The invention relates to a device making it possible to load tools onto a press quickly and completely safely. It is formed by a table at the lower part, on which positioning wedges are fixed, and a centring actuator itself comprising the safety locking. The upper part is solidly attached to the slide by a single action actuator. This device as a whole enables the tooling to be rapidly changed, with the intention of reducing the non-productive downtime of these machines. <IMAGE>
