PURPOSE:To generate torque at the same time as the inputting of a speed command, and to improve the torque response by compensating the delay of the generation of torque in a control system. CONSTITUTION:A phase compensation circuit 20 differentiates speed command omega(t) twice, and compensates the phase. A counter 21 counts an output from a voltage control oscillator. An adder 22 adds a counting output signal from the counter 21 and a compensation signal from the phase compensation circuit 20, thus generating a pulse signal P. Accordingly, since the phase is compensated, the position of a magnetic pole is changed over instantaneously for generation of accelerating torque and decelerating torque, while the magnetic pole is changed over to an original position under the stable state of speed. |
