PURPOSE:To allow a remote supervising equipment to grasp the up-to-date state of an alarm transmitter by initializing a system at the time of restoring power failure when the operation of the system is stopped due to long power failure and transmitting a system clear signal and an alarm state. CONSTITUTION:At the time of detecting the restoration of power failure, a power failure/restoration detecting part 8 outputs a main power supply connecting signal 28 and a system clear request signal 23 respectively to a power supply part 10 and an alarm information storage part 6. The storage part 6 reads out system data of a memory backed up by a battery, initializes its memory, reads out an alarm start signal 34 or an alarm release signal 35 of an alarm/release setting part 9, and obtains sense information 24 from a sensing part 7. A transmission data transmitting part 5 transmits system clear information, alarm start information or alarm release information stored in the storage part 6 to the remote supervising equipment through a network control part 1. Consequently, the up-to-date state of the alarm transmitter after restoring power failure can be surely grasped by the remote supervising equipment. |
