PURPOSE:To improve high temperature restarting ability, by a method wherein, in an air conditioning device to prohibit drive of a compressor when an ignition switch is in a starter position, during high temperature restarting, drive of a compressor is prohibited for a given time even when an ignition switch is returned to an ignition contact. CONSTITUTION:During high temperature restarting in which the temperature of cooling water, detected by a water temperature switch 26, exceeds a given temperature, a CPU 22 for controlling injection of fuel is short-circuited. The short circuit forces a current to flow to a coil 18a of an air conditioner cut relay 18, and actuates a relay to open a normally closed contact 18b. Thus, an electromagnetic clutch 24 keeps an OFF-state even when an ignition switch 10 is returned to an IG contact, and an air conditioner is not actuated. After the lapse of a given time, the CPU 22 for injecting fuel brings the coil 18a of the relay 18 into an inoperative state to drive the air conditioner. This constitution enables improvement of high temperature restating ability. |
