摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized circular or quadrilateral coil device having excellent space efficiency and high reliability and requiring no excess work by winding conductors, which are tapered with quadrilateral cross sections, on opposed two sides parallel in the direction of a bend radius. CONSTITUTION:Conductors, which are tapered 12 with quadrilateral cross sections, are wound on opposed two sides 11 parallel in the direction of a bend radius respectively. When the conductor is bent, the tapered section 12 shown in a broken line is made parallel as shown in a solid line 12b, and a rectilinear section 11 shown in the broken line is formed to a tapered shape as shown in the solid line 11b. The quantity of bending swell is determined previously, and the quantity of chanbering for tapering can be selected so that a 12b section is made parallel or brought to the state to parallelism after bending. Accordingly, bending swell of a coil is absorbed and the width size of the coil is kept constant, space efficiency is improved, a partial contact between the conductors is removed, and quality can be enhanced.
