PURPOSE:To recognize health data based on the present state of air readily and accurately at an individual position, by displaying a dry warning, a cold warning and the like, based on present temperature and humidity data. CONSTITUTION:Temperature and humidity are operated based on the output values of temperature and humidity sensors 1 and 2 and table values in a ROM 9 and stored in a RAM 11. A discomfort index DI is operated by an expression in the Figure based on the temperature T( deg.C) and the humidity (%) and stored in the RAM 11. When the humidity H is less than 40%, a dry warning indicator is turned ON. When the temperature T is less than 15 deg.C and the humidity H is less than 50%, a cold indicator becomes ON and an alarm is issued. When the discomfort index DI is more than 80, a sweat warning indicator is turned ON. When the DI is 75-80, a discomfort indicator is turned ON. When the DI is 68-75, a comfort indicator is turned ON. When the temperature T is more than 50 deg.C, an indicator showing a fire warning is turned ON and an alarm 12 is sounded. In this way, he weather data, which affect the health state at an individual place, are visually displayed in detail. Therefore, adequate counter- measures can be taken even in cooled and heated rooms.
