PURPOSE:To obtain an exact tip bearing force by a method in which a pile and a shoe are integrally turned and excavation is made by stirring blades projected from the outer face of the pile, and the excavated soil is mixed with cement milk. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 15 is turned to integrally turn a pile A and a shoe 5. Cement milk mixed with bentonite or CMC is supplied to the soil excavated by an angle bit 12 mixed by many stirring blades 3 projecting from the expanded parallel portion 2 of the pile A, a press metal 13 projecting from the shoe S, and a guide piece 14. A soil cement layer is formed in the peripheral route R of the pile A.
