PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the solder wettability of the conductor of a multi-layer distribution board using the glass as an insulating layer and make a circuit small-sized and high speed by adding a small quantity of the crystallized glass or the glass with filler. CONSTITUTION:A pigment made of a compound oxide containing Cr2O3 is added as an additive to the glass paste for crossover made of CaO-ZnO-TiO2-Al2 O3-SiO2-B2O3 and depositing crystals of CaAl2Si2O3 when baked. They are kneaded with a roll mill, the paste is screen-printed twice on a 96% alumina substrate, the conductor paste made of Ag 80% and Pd 20% is printed on it and concurrently baked at 850 deg.C. If the mixed quantity of the additive is made 0.5-10%, the solder wettability of the conductor is remarkably improved, and the circuit can be made small-sized and highly dense. |
