SILVER HALIDE COLOR PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To suppress fog and strain and to improve the pressure resistance by incorporating yellow colloidal silver and practically nonphotosensitive fine silver halide particles into a layer not adjacent to a silver halide emulsion layer as one of nonphotosensitive layers. CONSTITUTION:Yellow colloidal silver and practically nonphotosensitive fine silver halide particles are incorporated into a layer not adjacent to a silver halide emulsion layer positioned farthest from a support as one of two nonphotosensitive layers present on the non-support side of the emulsion layer. The layer into which the colloidal silver and the silver halide particles are incorporated is a protective layer and the silver iodide content in silver halide contained in the silver halide emulsion layer is 0.1-10mol.%. Thus, fog and stain are suppressed and the pressure resistance is improved.
